Onsite Chair Massage

This is an oil free and fully clothed massage provided in a ergonomically designed portable massage chair. It ingegrates Swedish, deep tissue massage and pressure point techniques to help relieve the most common areas of stress which most people experience in the corporate setting. The technique used eases tension amd encourages circulation in key muscle groups while encouraging the entire system to become more alert so that the employee returns to work pain free and energised. Chair Massage is perfect for the corporate setting, wellness days and events.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments) to enhance a person’s health and well-being. People seek massage therapy for a variety of reasons – to reduce stress and anxiety, relax muscles, reduce pain, and promote overall health and wellness. After we have completed a consultation we will work together to produce a treatment plan which best suits your needs.

Reiki Healing

Life force flows within the physical body through pathways called chakaras, meridians and nadis. It also flows around us in a field of energy called the aura. Reiki heals by flowing through the affected parts of the energy field and charging them with positive energy, allowing for harmony and balance within the spiritual self.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapy provides support to those that are unable to complete activities which are meaningful to them. Becoming You Occupational Therapy specialises in group and one to one therapy to help people who have difficulty managing anxiety, stress and depression through providing strategies which can be incorporated into everyday life.
